I’m a current client at complete healthcare and have been for 4 yrs this places is nothing but MONEY MADE!!!! I have been sober 21 months this months and I’m going thru a custody case the doctor wouldn’t allow my CDCa to come to court with me and stated I needed to subpoena her the day BEFORE THE COURT DATE! mind you I asked for a letter they called me at 3:45pm the day before my court date to email me the letter and NEVER SENT THE LETTER! this place sucks! It’s the won’t treatment I’ve ever had! And I can’t wait to be off methadone!

When I entered the building it was dark. I had to turn on the lights in the lobby to see the person sitting at the desk, whom I then find out after my appointment that he is the P.A. (Provider on duty) which you wouldn’t know because there wasn’t a name tag or credential in sight. When I said I felt our encounter was unprofessional he then replied “ it’s the weekend bro” to which I said professionalism doesn’t change cause it’s Saturday. No follow up was scheduled, nothing was discussed at all. I will not be returning here for primary care.
